For Bread Machine (makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf):
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
just under 1/4 cups each of honey and canola oil
2 Tbs vital wheat gluten
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp yeast
Add ingredients in order listed to bread pan in bread maker machine. Select Whole Wheat setting.
Each slice contains: 3.5 grams fat, 22 grams carbohydrate, 5 grams protein
